You are not paid fairly. Job security is not guaranteed. Management only cares about profit. They will charge you for damaged tools/equipment even they bought it in very low quality. Not recommended for those who wanted a secured job.

productive and fun place

The company or the management always give a broken schedule, and the service charge is so low. I wont comeback anymore in like that company. Usually they just give Php 700 - Php 900 service charge to their employee, even we got the highest sale in all of their branches.

It is my first ever real job after graduation. Expectations are real high but yeah expectations versus reality and it sucks. The management never see the worth of their employees. They never give what the employees deserve. They never see how good and how hard working we are. All they care is the money, the profit.
