Managers don't have the skills to properly manage their crew.

Work here if you are desperate to have a job but if you have an alternative job that you can work on, just choose the alternative. There's no growth. I don't think that they trained their managers enough. They put unnecessary pressure on crews.

Pros

Free lunch

Cons

Toxic Culture

High demand, low compensation

The job comes with the typical benefits plus there is no limit for food allowance while on duty. Also, there are 2 days off per week. However, there is little to no work life balance. There are too much trainings, classes, and verifications while you're on shift. There are no overtime pay, holiday pay, and night differential. The mental, physical, and emotional pressure is always high. The work is very demanding.

Pros and cons

I applied to GADC to have work life balance but in the end, i have no time for myself and my family. The environment is good but the compensation is not good. Low salary, low hmo benefit for dependents.

Flexible Work Hours Yet Challenging Tasks

Definitely a good company to start for working students. Flexible working hours and great benefits. The only challenge is during peak hours and when your co-worker goes AWOL for the next shift.

Toxic environment/workplace

People around you are habitual gossipers especially other managers. They love making negative feed backs and making fun of newly hired employee's mistakes. They always do it because their identity stays hidden they just directly report to the gullible general manager. They don't even think of the consequences since they are deprived of the ability to think deeply.

Free food

Cons

Fun workplace with

I really enjoy working there but the salary and how the management handle their crew is not okay for me. I think its because we are just a part time worker. They take advantage of that.

Productive and fun workplace, and relaxing

My daily work there is welcoming customers with a smile, taking orders, cleaning, giving good vibes. I learned a lot during my work in mcdo, if you work in fast food you need to have patience and humble personally, mostly customers are bad moods and all you have to do is to make them smile, make them feel the good vibes that your store can bring towards to your customers by making them feel welcome.

Pros

Free lunches, friendly managers

Cons

Short working hours

Working here has drained me & my mental & physical health.

In the beginning I was enjoying working here, but then the more you work here, the more you know it's not a fun place to work with. I started here being a working student not until I had to drop out of college. I started as a part-time until they made me work for like 9-12 hours daily. There is no work-life balance nor work-school-life balance here. It's even hard to set a vacation leave. The management sucks. Everything here is just so tiring.

Pros

free food

Cons

Long hours of duty: 12 hours, not enough salary
