Productive and challenging everyday

Operational day by day. Everday has always up to date management and solving customer's concerns.Our workplace is full of phone conversations and also in chat support. After end of the day you will gain learning and strategy on how to deal customers and solving problems in flawless ways.Hardest part of this job when the NETWORK is encountered systrm error or failure we couldn't get through working.The most enjoyable part are those time we team up every moment in our workplace. No one should get behind.We work as a TEAM

Toxic workplace

HR not helping when problem arise, manager didnt want to help employees when have customer irate, job increase not salary, toxic management. Incentives delayed

Compensation is good, but a culture of growth isn’t being practiced

I felt that I was well-taken care of compensation-wise. However, I felt that the culture of learning and growing was not present. My team was just there to do business-as-usual instead of taking the time to learn new tools and concepts.

Overworked

Lots of admin stuff then sales quota is unreal, you have to be on top of your game all the time. No time to slack. salary is okay and people you work with makes it manageable

In Globe we treat people right to create a Globe of Good

We put customers first, we value people and together, we make a difference, we act with integrity, we care like an owner, we keep things simple, we move fast, we are better every day. The most enjoyable part of my job with Globe is when we do fund raiser and charity to our less fortunate countrymen.

Make sure it's company owned and not a franchise

The pay was minimum wage, the sales quota keeps going high and barely any incentives. You were hired as a shop specialist but also do customer service and cashier.

Very high workload

High workload job where you handle a city assigned to you and all the responsibilities of a sales head and marketing manager combined. Although if you do your job well and hit your targets you will get compensated very well and with incentives

Dirty Corporate Politics

Dirty corporate politics and everyone expects you to go the extra mile all the time. The ones who thrive here are usually people without other responsibilities because work life balance does not exist. Meetings are here and there and your group chat messages are always jammed even on weekends.

Productive and fun experience

My stay as an intern was both productive and fun! I was exposed to things that I don't usually do & yet still guided with grace and patience by my supervisor. It was a worthwhile experience especially for those seeking for internship opportunities!
