Poor management. Low salary offer. Some of employee there are unprofessional to talk to. Pros:- Fixed schedule of 8AM to 5PM.- Ontime salary- Provided laptop

A workplace where starters have a room.

It's very nice to work in a place where you are not being treated as a worker. You are well respected. Not much pressure is being inserted. Most of all, patience is the main virtue.

Working in a Recruitment firm is indeed a challenge for every newbie. Global Staff is my first family in the field of Corporate, as a newbie I had the opportunity to work along with my Manager and the President of the Company, they taught me to be manageable enough facing different situations. I was able to be resilient achieving and anticipating contingencies.
The Management supported me all through out of my career, and I'm deeply moved and will treasure it for the rest of my life.
Pros
Macro Mangement; I had all the time doing my tasks without even giving a pressure on my head.
Cons
Some Workload which is not scope of my JD
