Good company culture
Risk Analyst (Current Employee) - Quezon City - November 15, 2023
Indeed Featured review
The most useful review selected by IndeedThe culture of the company is pretty good as everybody are very approachable. Downside nowadays is probably the low increase in salary which I hope the management could address.

Stressful
confidential (Current Employee) - Philippines - November 19, 2023
Local Helpdesk - not knowledgeable on how to resolve the issues. Does not know how to give you access you need. They will resolve issues even they did not resolve yet. They don't care. They are not trained. Time Sheet too hassle asking for the schedule many approvals and system flaws to the point you will always be worried. Cannot use celphone strictly, don't have way to browse your phone which supposed to be helpful to stay awake especially for night shifts. Unlike other company is allowed to use celphone in production

Amenities and benefits with the facility is awesome
ECSI Customer Service advocate (Current Employee) - Quezon City - September 29, 2023
I go to work with the smile and leave at work with the smile. Friendly environment, the hardest part of the job is your eagerness to be one of the best employee due to it's benefits. Most enjoyable part is their value to their employee.
Pros
Freebies and family day event, free meals during employee appreciation and CSR day
Cons
The more you get promoted, the more job you need to do

Software Engineer (Current Employee) - Quezon City - June 5, 2023
The only company that provided my Asking salary. 50% higher than all of the companies in the Ph that I applied. Work culture is okay. No micromanagement in my Team.

So far so good
Technical Support Representative (Current Employee) - Philippines - June 3, 2023
Great workplace and culture. But so far the main issue is that there is no career growth currently having a hard time and there is no transparency between leaders

It’s fun working at GP. I love the drive about the 12 Habits. I just hope people will be more engaged. My immediate supervisor does a good job in coaching and mentoring. Keep it up!

Great place to work
Chargeback Specialist (Current Employee) - Quezon City - April 3, 2023
I have been working as a chargeback analyst for Global Payment for some time now, and I can confidently say that it's one of the best companies I've ever worked for. The management team is truly exceptional - they're supportive, understanding, and always willing to listen to our concerns. I've never felt like just a number here; rather, I feel like a valued member of the team. One thing that really stands out about Global Payment is the above average salary they offer. It's clear that the company values its employees and wants to make sure they're compensated fairly for their hard work. This has allowed me to feel financially secure, which in turn has helped me to focus on my work and perform at my best. As a chargeback analyst, I've also been impressed by the company's commitment to excellence. They take pride in their work and are always striving to provide the best possible service to our clients. This commitment to quality has created a positive and productive work environment where everyone is encouraged to do their best. Overall, I would highly recommend Global Payment to anyone looking for a great place to work. The management team is amazing, the salary is above average, and the company's commitment to excellence makes it a truly special place to be. Cons: As of now, work from home is only one day per week. Would be awesome. If they would allow more days as it was proved effective during pandemic.

Good Company
CSR (Former Employee) - Quezon City - February 21, 2023
An in-house that pays average. Aside from the retirement plan, nothing else is more enticing. It's just like any other outsourcing company. Good for newbies.

Better think twice before taking the offer
Senior Accountant (Current Employee) - Quezon City - February 11, 2023
No OT pay, no night diff pay, you will still work even if you get home, toxic environment. OT is Converted into leave but only if you rendered 4 hrs or more. NO VL conversion. HMO is not good for single people whos dependent is their parents. Only thing good is their retirement benefit
Pros
Retirement Benefits, flexible time
Cons
Long hours, no OT pay
