I applied as a Process Associate and underwent below:
- Initial Interview (this is actually a quick run-through if you meet the job requirements and if you're good w/ the salary offer)
- Online Assessments (even if you're not applying for a voice/agent position, you will be required to take a series of online exams to test your English proficiency)
- Phone Assessment ( a voice assesor will talk to you over the phone and ask 3 random questions. Then, he will make you read a list of words to assess your pronunciation)
- Final Interview (Basically an interview with the hiring manager)
- Job Offer
It took me 2 days to finish the whole process. Just a piece of advice though, you need lots of patience because there are atleast 30 mins - 1 hour waiting time for each process, so you really need to allot a whole day to finish the whole thing.
The process took me very fast to finish. It started with the initial interview, online assessment which is very easy, then they will be giving you a handout were in there are vocabularies that you need to pronounce properly then you have to dial someone from their main branch and they will give you a topic its more of a beauty pageant q&a then discuss it for 2mins (mine was "do you believe in life after death" and why), then after passing that you will have to write an essay 100-300 words and defend an argument and then they told me to come back for the interview around 6pm i applied around 3:30pm. So i came back for the final interview then it was more about your working experiences then after that waited for 10mins for them to give me my result then I got hired. I was instructed to be back after 25mins for my JO so all in all i give genpact 8/10 when it comes to how fast their hiring process. This is in Eton Centris
I applied as logistic coordinator under a third party vendod thru online and after 5months they offered me a job and direct hire.
Initial interview, exams and last operations interview
