23 questions about working at Genpact
I applied as a Process Associate and underwent below: - Initial Interview (this is actually a quick run-through if you meet the job requirements and if you're good w/ the salary offer) - Online Assessments (even if you're not applying for a voice/agent position, you will be required to take a series of online exams to test your English proficiency) - Phone Assessment ( a voice assesor will talk to you over the phone and ask 3 random questions. Then, he will make you read a list of words to assess your pronunciation) - Final Interview (Basically an interview with the hiring manager) - Job Offer It took me 2 days to finish the whole process. Just a piece of advice though, you need lots of patience because there are atleast 30 mins - 1 hour waiting time for each process, so you really need to allot a whole day to finish the whole thing.
