It's known company but it's kinda tiring because if no weekends off. Overtime and holidays work. No salary increase and no growth career. Sometimes people are kinda rude.

Cost Accounting Staff (Former Employee) - Biñan, Laguna - October 19, 2022

Environment- Work environment is fine but somehow unsafe, fire exits are not available.- Smoke from trucks might be problematic for people with asthma.- Fully airconditioned offices.- Observed 5s and maintain cleanliness of working area.People- HR services is very slow and traditional.- Can easily bond with other supervisors but expect not to bond with your own supervisor.- Mediocre management. Never cares about the RnF employees.- High attrition rate.Work- Very old school and manual. Do not invest in improving the ways of working.- Workloads are kind of bulk and unimaginable deadlines.- Limits your OT hours and expect to meet the deadline of outputs.- You could never expect help from your own supervisor, might as well ask for other supervisor’s help.- Excel dependent, try to study excel formulas.Salaries and Benefits- For freshgrads and looking for experience, salary is OK- For experienced professionals, just stay away from this company. They do not consider your experience as a leverage in terms of salary.- Benefits, worst. Bread alone cannot save lives.Overall: Just save your career. Even though this company has well establish its name in the industry it is still a work in progress in terms of managing its people. High attrition rate.

Company is underrated, comparing this to other Companies (that's earning almost triple their business), Gardenia has a heart for its employees by giving a lot of perks and benefits, free one loaf of bread everyday, fixed and very high discount to all breads available in their bread store, 100% Company-shouldered HMO, high-premium Life Insurance, monthly rice custody, increasing no. of leaves based on tenure, free one dependent for HMO once you reach a certain x no. of years, very good commission and incentive program for sales, very high monthly gas allowance(almost unlimited, no need to reimburse), unlimited toll fees, fixed monthly allowance, free top-of-the-line cellphone, free meals everyday, hassle-free company car assignment to Managerial levels and Sales, annual bonus, performance incentive, regular shuttle service, fixed and allocated representation budget assigned and deposited in a credit card, Christmas package with rice, Birthday package (assorted breads), unlimited free breads in the canteen, yearly uniform and a lot of t-shirts and bread samples from time to time and a lot more!Majority of Supervisory-level below employees are approachable and fun to be with. Work culture may not be as professional as it seems, but the Top management's excellent and very bright decision-making skills make this Company the no.1 and still the Market Leader in the bread industry.

toxic, stressful, too old. DO NOT GO TO THIS COMPANY

Too old, too manual, too traditional. Forced on a specific dress code. What is this. Highschool?Very manual, and expect employees to make up for the company’s lack of technology. Your employees are not robots. Going home after 12hrs of work is considered early. You’re viewed as lazy. Toxic environment. You may think they are nice, but people stab you in the back. This is such a toxic company. Stay away. There are better companies out there. TOOK a year before I get health insurance. Maybe even more. This is such a joke.No career progression.
