Fun workplace

One of the standout aspects of my job was the incredible team I had the privilege of working with. My colleagues were not only talented and experienced but also incredibly supportive and friendly. Okay for fresh graduates, not recommend for experienced professionals

Good training ground for fresh graduates but will not recommend for experienced professionals since the Procurement process is different from the usual. Pros are shuttle service, free of charge bread, buy 1 take 1 promos of breads. Cons are the processess, too much workload since you will handle 5 projects at once (Gardenia, Philfoods, Vitabread, Nutribaked, Nutrimax), no signal for Globe subscrib...

Fun place to work, good people, good benefits

Working for a big company (especially a manufacturing) like Gardenia is both fun and stressful. Expect voluminous works and a lot of overtime just to finish tasks. It is a happy experience though, the work environment is a good one and the people there are welcoming.

Great learning experience but with heavy workload and no work-life balance

So much to learn with their provided internal and external trainings. However, there is no work and life balance due to their rotating rest day schedule, 12 hour shift, holiday and weekend work, multi tasking and high turn over rates.
