Friendly colleagues but bad management.
Game Operation Specialist (Former Employee) - Ortigas Pasig - October 7, 2022
Indeed Featured review
The most useful review selected by IndeedI enjoyed working here mainly because of my colleagues. They're friendly and easy to get along with. However, bad management, low salary and poor benefits ruined my experience working here.

Good starting for entry level applicants but there is no room for growth here
GAME OPERATION SPECIALIST (Former Employee) - Pasig - November 14, 2022
Good company for starters. However, there is no job security here even if you are a long-time employee. Working days for agents are12 hrs per day and 4 times a week only. Management is a mess and the team leads are always power-tripping. This company is 5/10 for me.
Pros
4 days a week Good starting salary
Cons
No room for growth. No job security. You cannot use your leave credits

Good for starters
Game Operations Specialist (Former Employee) - Pasig - July 17, 2022
this work is good for starters, for those who seek experience. also, you're required to work 12 hours shift for 4 days and you will have 3 days off but you will be needing to go to work if someone is absent from your team
Pros
4 days work and 3 days off
Cons
12 hours shift, management politics, higher management

Stressful

Don't try applying here. The management will drill you and use you as scapegoat. They need to improved their management protocols. Agents will receive the brunt of the blame.

Stressful.
Game Operations Specialist (Former Employee) - Ortigas Pasig - February 10, 2020
Pros:
- It is a BPO (non- voice) for gaming accounts.
- Salary is on time
- 3 days off
- Some friendly office mates
- Medical Benefits, SSS and etc.
Cons:
- 4 days of work for 12 hrs (9am to 9pm or 9pm to 9am) and sometimes they implement mandatory overtime making it 5 days (still 12 hrs) of work and 2 days of off.
- Management does not care about their employees. They only care about what the client wants, in other words they don't care too much about their employee's health.
- Double Duties. They will assign you to a specific team and will ask you to master multiple processes (ex. Accounts, Game Surveillance, Payments.) and will even set a quota for you to reach. (even if it is not your designated team.)
- They always give unnecessary Incident reports. Incident reports are mostly given to us even if the fault came from the management itself, and if you are given an incident report, a 500 pesos will be deducted on your salary.
- If you mistakenly answer an email, they will also deduct you another 500 pesos.
- Power Tripping coming from the leads. They bully you, call you names and even shame you for doing something wrong.
- Too much office politics. The "Favorites" of the office were always granted with their request on schedules and etc.
- Lastly, the office smells like cigarettes, because the leads and managers are to lazy to find a spot for them to smoke, and they would just smoke inside the office.

Fun people and light environment
Junior Lead (Former Employee) - Ortigas - March 4, 2019
GameOps is about giving your best in all of the tasks. Despite of the long working hours, it's only a 4-day work week. Most enjoyable part of the job is you can play the games that you support and interact with other players and developers.
Pros
Good management and nice employees
Cons
Long working hours
