Friendly colleagues but bad management.
Game Operation Specialist (Former Employee) - Ortigas Pasig - October 7, 2022
Indeed Featured review
The most useful review selected by IndeedI enjoyed working here mainly because of my colleagues. They're friendly and easy to get along with. However, bad management, low salary and poor benefits ruined my experience working here.

Good starting for entry level applicants but there is no room for growth here
GAME OPERATION SPECIALIST (Former Employee) - Pasig - November 14, 2022
Good company for starters. However, there is no job security here even if you are a long-time employee. Working days for agents are12 hrs per day and 4 times a week only. Management is a mess and the team leads are always power-tripping. This company is 5/10 for me.
Pros
4 days a week Good starting salary
Cons
No room for growth. No job security. You cannot use your leave credits

They'll make you work until you are exhausted.
Game Operation Specialist (Former Employee) - Ortigas Pasig - September 28, 2021
They don't care about their agents. Even you are on your off. You need to be ready be on duty. They don't pay your OTs. Too much unnecessary process. You need to be on duty 30mins prior your shift unpaid.
Pros
Learn skills from very few people from the company
Cons
Aside from pros all are cons.

Good for new grads
Game Operation Specialist (Former Employee) - Pasig - February 23, 2020
Good for new grads. Paying is always on time, You work 4 days a week 12 hours, But you have 3 days off which is good. But not enough when you are recovering from sickness.

Management is caring and it cares about your professional growth
Game Operation Specialist (Former Employee) - Ortigas - May 27, 2019
So you will surely be excited working in GameOps because the Rest Day is 3 days but in shifting schedule and 12 hours of shift. If you are a self-paced learner, OPS can be a good startup for freshers
