The hiring process was fast. The employees were accommodating to those who were applying. The salary offer was reasonable for someone without experience. Unfortunately, there was no allowance; it depends on your account (I am not sure).

Salary decrease instead of increasing

I have been working here for almost a year now and I even got promoted as one of their SME. Got tons of complaints on their pay roll plus recently managers force us to sign a contract with our allowance stated in it. Instead of making it higher they made it lower which shocked us since our job require us to assist more than 1 team. The stress and the pressure you get if you dont hit the scores isnt enough to the mandated salary and allowance we get from the new company.

poor management, salary is ok but the company itself not the account will take a toll on ur mental health. they will never listen to their employees.

Fun workplace

fun workplace, cool colleagues but lack of growth.low salary as well even when you upgrade your skill, good for beginners or starters.I just can't forget my workmates, I build a lot of relationships

Crazy metrics

They are giving upto 15k incentives here in my account which is Telco, but there's a lot of KPI's you need to pass and you need to pass all of them so that you can get the incentive. Poor management and facilities. They printed my ID with a wrong first name and it's already my 7th month with them but still it's not resolved. Some of us don't have our assigned lockers. In my case, I was given a locker but then I was shocked one day that they assigned it to a different employee and there are salary disputes. We don't have our own assigned headsets as well. The bathrooms are always running out of tissues, only one cubicle with a bidet and the pantry looks dirty most of the time. They always require us to resolve customer issues right away but why are they taking a long time to resolve an employee's issue? When you get a dsat they will blame you for letting the team down, stating that you dont care. Like, what the?... Who does not want incentives? Who wants their name to be shown by everyone and be tagged as the one who got a less than perfect-score for the survey? They promised us a welcome kit when they hired us but until now we don't have that. Before I worked with them I am a telco newbie and I asked the interviewer if we are going to sell but she told me the job is just for customer service only to find out that we are required to upsell and then their company motto is "integrity"??? They need to read here and know why people are quitting.

Fun Workplace

Good employee benefits and working culture. Collaborating teams and departments. HRBPs are very supportive and easy to approach. Account Leaders do coaching and mentoring in the context of performance management and improvement.

A good company. Salary is always on time. Management is okay. Depends on the account. Current account is good not that strict. Workmates are good. Rate 1 to 10, I must say 6.

They favor their friends for promotions and not provide opportunities to those deserving for the position. Salary is below market value of the position.

Good learning experience, low pay

The training is good they really aim to improve the trainees and give them a lot of room for mistakes. They're very strict with attendance, but offers really low base salary compared to other BPO companies

Good training ground

They say, if you can make it in Sitel, you can make it anywhere. I believe it's true. My experience there made me braver. I miss my team that I would drop my current job just to be with them again. If only the pay was higher, I wouldn't have left.

Good environment but low compensation.

The management is depending ont the account but most are good. Compensation is low compared to other company. Good for newbies but tenured CSRs won't be satisfied with the compensation.

Productive fun and friendly workplace

A typical day working here, is purely made with your self motivation to work and reach your goal. I learned that one has to focus on his life goals to be able to continue working here. If not, you'll easily give up. Winning friends and a friendly environment is just a bonus if the account you were profiled has good culture management wise also. Enjoyable part of the job is after a day's work usually, 8 hours, you get to retire and rest, that's it. The hardest part is meeting both ends meet since they rarely increase the salary after your first annualization and regularization.

Free shuttle for graveyard shifts but on a specified site you have to go to.

Average

Good starter. Workload doesnt meet expected pay. Fun people, supportive management. No wage increase, better look for other accounts after gaining experience and take the opportunity once an internal hiring ad is posted.

Very low salary

Enjoy when you have friends, you dont feel appreciated, you only get callouts most of the time, you are being micro managed, leads are not trained. Delayed and very low incentives

Was a good first job

This was my first job. I worked there from December 2001 to March 2010. Pay was good for the time and I had 20 vacation leaves and 20 sick leaves at like half the time I was there. Found great lifelong friends there. Work was easy and got me started in IT even though it was a customer support role.

Worked at foundever this year and I can say the interviews and assessments are pretty easy considering I was a newbie. Good management and no drama on workplace
