very low salary

They dont value tenure and skill. People leave becuase of salary and no salary increase. It so hard to get vacation leave. Inconsistent leaders. Shifts are unpreditable. Weekly changes.

Low wage, Unreasonable Management

Regardless of how long the bpo experience is. They don't buy your experience and offered a salary same with the BPo Virgins. Metrics are so impossible to pass for CSR's and don't value well the employee's takeaways regarding their stay with the account or company itself.

Worst BPO after rebranding - Cebu site

under paid while handling too much workload. zero to none approval of paid vacation leave. bonuses are considered incentives with impossible gatekeepers. worst management, they don't value work and life balance. they don't care about your well being, you're dispensable and not valued as a hardworking employee. no process alignment and clear communication across all departments.

It was great not until they started laying off employees without a clear decision on wether they are floating or terminated. HR partner do not know you status even if you ask them.

Toxic Acc Management

I don't like the management, they don't have transparency. Toxic management as well, they kept on pushing their agents to have sales as a result some of their agents were tagged as fraud lol. Mind you the acc is not even sales acc. The TL's and Account Manager's are very toxic.

Good training experience and well-trained learning specialists will help you work things out..

smooth day as always,i learned to do the task effectively even at cueing although I know that it wasn't enough,my coach is very responsive and the workplace is very conducive .big spaces. Hardest part of the job is from day 1 to 3mos..being overwhelmed since it was my 1st bpo and crying for not making it up until I found it easy because of the techniques taught by my fellows..I enjoyed a lot especially when we have foods pizzas coffee and sweets at the lounge, always a feast🥳🤩

Great place to work

Working here is an absolute dream! The low salary makes every peso feel like a treasure, and the toxic environment really adds that extra spice to my day. The constant encouragement to work overtime on weekends is a fantastic way to ensure I never have a moment of rest. And who wouldn’t love being micromanaged and managed out? It’s like a symphony of workplace bliss. Truly a gem of a company!

Toxic Management, Low Salary, No Upskilling, Extremely Limited Training, Mediocre Hardware and Software, No Performance Bonus

Other department might disagree with my review, but for the Reporting and Analytics Team, please find a better company. I beg you. There is no skills enhancement training in place. You have to pay for it. They will not reimburse you. As a result, there is a large skills gap among the team. Also, our track trainee program is in complete mess. They have not confirmed the juniors for almost a year even if they have completed the duration of the training and provided satisfactory feedback. So, these employees are still receiving compensation as agent with allowance even if they are already working as full time Reports Analyst. Management will also micromanage you to the point you need to list your activity on a daily basis. There is no performance bonus as well. If you like working 12-15 hours a day with a salary lower than the current market value, under a management who does not trust you, and reward you with a lot of work despite your bandwidth, please feel free to apply!

Newbie applicant

I learned from this company the scenario inside a BPO industry, how they deal with the client and their lifestyle. And it is not an easy job because sometimes tou may experience or encounter a client which is rude so you must know how to handle with this kind of person in order for you to avoid a disciplinary action.

Newbie friendly but too low salary

Okay colleagues but power tripper managers. Low salary, no to little incentives. Workload not justifiable by the salary. LolTarlac site's equipments are trashy, PC's, chair etc.Just for newbies.

From Best to Worst

It was an awesome company I stayed with for 10 years until it got acquired by Sitel. Ever since then there was no focus on people development and everyone in executive positions are focused on pleasing the person above them regardless if they keep losing the awesome people working for them

Good salary for undergrad but poor management

2 weeks was the allotted time for training new hires, learning was ineffective because computers arrived defective the first week. We have no means to navigate what is being discussed. On top of that trainers were inefficient as well.
