The hiring process was fast. The employees were accommodating to those who were applying. The salary offer was reasonable for someone without experience. Unfortunately, there was no allowance; it depends on your account (I am not sure).

Responsible and considerate superiors

My supervisor and trainers are very considerate. Words just can’t define how good are they in dealing with their team members. I would definitely go back there if they expand in my area.

Fun workplace

fun workplace, cool colleagues but lack of growth.low salary as well even when you upgrade your skill, good for beginners or starters.I just can't forget my workmates, I build a lot of relationships

No salary appraisal. Stayed 7 yearsPromotion is slow paced already working as a TL but still being paid as an agent. 1yr 8mos TL task. Sudden change on our incentive as support

I had fun during my time at Foundever.Pros: Good pay (location-wise), supportive co-workers and seniors, good benefits (although some are constantly changing)Cons: Computer units are not enough especially for changing shifts at midnights, constant sched change

Sad to say... They are not newbie friendly

During nesting make sure you won't get a DSAT, so you can be endorsed to production. That's your goal!!! Nothing else matters! Don't bother getting sales, it doesn't count your chances to get endorsed, they are not considerate if you have perfect attendance. You can be absent on your trainings,luckily they can get extended for nesting because they don't have survey returns. Lucky right? Goodluck!

Crazy metrics

They are giving upto 15k incentives here in my account which is Telco, but there's a lot of KPI's you need to pass and you need to pass all of them so that you can get the incentive. Poor management and facilities. They printed my ID with a wrong first name and it's already my 7th month with them but still it's not resolved. Some of us don't have our assigned lockers. In my case, I was given a locker but then I was shocked one day that they assigned it to a different employee and there are salary disputes. We don't have our own assigned headsets as well. The bathrooms are always running out of tissues, only one cubicle with a bidet and the pantry looks dirty most of the time. They always require us to resolve customer issues right away but why are they taking a long time to resolve an employee's issue? When you get a dsat they will blame you for letting the team down, stating that you dont care. Like, what the?... Who does not want incentives? Who wants their name to be shown by everyone and be tagged as the one who got a less than perfect-score for the survey? They promised us a welcome kit when they hired us but until now we don't have that. Before I worked with them I am a telco newbie and I asked the interviewer if we are going to sell but she told me the job is just for customer service only to find out that we are required to upsell and then their company motto is "integrity"??? They need to read here and know why people are quitting.

Non-toxic and approachable managers and ops

Good for newbie since trainers are kind and hands-on. Managers are approachable. Work and life balance however no allowance for specific accounts.

Trainers, Coaches, Accounts

Trainers and Coaches are Nice, They will guide you from the start. Account is Great, There's a lot to read but almost all of the answers to customer's concern are written on the tools. Fixed weekend off.

Fun Workplace

Good employee benefits and working culture. Collaborating teams and departments. HRBPs are very supportive and easy to approach. Account Leaders do coaching and mentoring in the context of performance management and improvement.

They offer the best HMO

The typical day at work is fun. The company is not very strict as long as you do your task.You can log out right away after end of the shift. The hardest part of the job was the metrics and KPI'S. The most enjoyable part if the job is when you get CSAT. The workplace culture is very lenient you can be who you are. I learned technical skills and improved my comm skills.

Fun workplace to be at.

I really enjoyed my time at Sykes. My supervisors were helpful and my fellow agents became my good friends. It was a memorable experience to be working at Foundever.

A good company. Salary is always on time. Management is okay. Depends on the account. Current account is good not that strict. Workmates are good. Rate 1 to 10, I must say 6.

No career growth

They favor their friends for promotions and not provide opportunities to those deserving for the position. Salary is below market value of the position.

Good learning experience, low pay

The training is good they really aim to improve the trainees and give them a lot of room for mistakes. They're very strict with attendance, but offers really low base salary compared to other BPO companies

Good for newbies, not for long term

It's quite nice, i would actually recommend it for newbies like getting experiences but not for the long run. Salaries are not competitive almost at basic

Salary depends on the account and experience.

Your experience will depend on the acccount and the people that you will be working with. But for me, everything was great. It is me that needs improvement.

Good training ground

They say, if you can make it in Sitel, you can make it anywhere. I believe it's true. My experience there made me braver. I miss my team that I would drop my current job just to be with them again. If only the pay was higher, I wouldn't have left.
