Could've been better
Customer Service Associate (Former Employee) - Taguig City - November 8, 2023
Indeed Featured review
The most useful review selected by IndeedTo be fair, it was a great company to start your career. I am actually grateful for the work experience here. However, it's not really the type of company you stay with for too long. Politics and toxic workplace culture is quite evident from the higher ups and other departments. Personally, the workload was alright but some tasks shouldn't have been relayed to our team. They also don't compensate well. There is no OT pay, just compensatory hours and you even have to wait for their approval if you're allowed to use these. Very traditional and conservative company.
Pros
nice jumpstart for career
Cons
poor compensation, toxic workplace culture, too conservative

Challenging & heavy in micromanagement
Marketing Staff (Former Employee) - Taguig - October 25, 2023
Left at hybrid work setup with strict time in and time out policies. Even lunch break is strictly implemented, with no room for extending for a coffee run. Lots of meetings that could've been an email. Minimal empowerment on non-tenured employees for decision-making. Something as simple as a social media caption is overwhelming to get approval. Culture is also different, with an unspoken rule of one business pillar "looking down" on the other. Difficult to manage understanding who to get approvals from, with VP/head not really having liberty to make decisions unless specifically stated by owner.

Professional workplace
Support (Former Employee) - Taguig City - October 5, 2023
Professional and serious workplace that may have a culture shock to some, breaks are strictly enforced in the office. They value their employees by giving benefits but career growth is limited.

Highly challenging environment with great perks if you meet your targets
Sales Associate (Former Employee) - Taguig City - May 9, 2023
Company acknowledges your competencies and is not averse to sending newbies to overseas training with work bonds. They also offer car bonds. The problem is if you don’t meet your quota, the lifestyle needed for the job will bankrupt you. You can’t look shabby for the clientele but they don’t provide clothing allowance. Also work life balance becomes a thing of the past when you stay long enough. Having rich clients also mean they don’t understand that you have store hours so expect calls during weekends, your day off, or even at night. You might develop PTSD or burn out. But it’s a great way to learn new things, meet new people, build connections, and see the world of the top 1% that you probably will never see if you work in a regular company. Good place for fresh graduates to develop their skills and work ethics PROs - office is great - with free gym & parking for selected employees - offers overseas training - offers car bonds - higher salary for new graduates in the same field CONs - demanding clientele - work life balance challenges - high cost of living in the area but not the best regular salary and perks for sales representatives - tasks can be repetitive

You will usually assigned in the provincial areas. No work and life balance and you will be facing different kind of wealthy clients as a technician. But it's a good training ground if you want to learn more specially on kitchen equipments.

Great Opportunity for Employees Looking for Challenge
Accounting Analyst (Current Employee) - Taguig - August 23, 2022
- Management loves a proactive employee. If you work hard and work smart, they will definitely reward you which usually reflects on your performance bonus and yearly salary increase. - I love the work environment. Since the pandemic, everyone become more friendly and open to suggestions for improvement. There are still stubborn employees especially the tenured ones who refuse to compromise and cooperate to process improvements we like to implement but we just have to deal with them. - Salary is not that competitive for me when I compare it to other companies. There is an OT pay but you have to justify why you need to work overtime because they expect you to finish your work on time. - Management is very considerate with the work schedule. We are still working from home 3x a week and work on site 2x a week. They strongly advise not to go to office if you have covid like symptoms and not feeling well. - Office space in BGC is great! A lot of areas where you can work, lighting is good, a lot of bathroom and they are always clean and there is a gym. 29th floor is just for eating area. They encourage us to eat there but we are allowed to eat in our assigned areas. - HR activities are not that fun. Pre-pandemic: Halloween party was fun, Christmas party was boring and the only sportsfest was table tennis. - Work itself is challenging that really test your critical thinking, multi-tasking and analytical skills. The company is open to investing to new apps/tech to improve our processes. It's just up to you if you are willing to take the time to study so you can adapt to changes. Management -

A great company to retire in
Senior Brand Manager (Current Employee) - Taguig - June 2, 2022
Pros - Competitive salary - Owners are really nice and approachable - The work is fair. It's hard enough to be challenging but not too hard that it's already toxic. I have yet to experience my work haunting me in my dreams since I started in this company unlike in my previous companies. - Work life balance - they respect your time. Once you clock out they don't expect you to respond. - Great company culture. No office politics. No one is shouting/degrading people. No one gets ahead just because they're kissing a**. Everyone is doing their part. There are no lazy employees. - You are "judged" based on the work you do and nothing else. Even if you're new, if they see that you have been performing well they will make you feel appreciated and even give you perks that are usually just given to more senior/tenured members of the team. - HR has a lot of activities and programs for the employees. They take care of the overall wellbeing of the employees and it’s not just all work. - The company is being very considerate with the pandemic. We are currently still working from home 4x a week. We only work on site once a week. Working from home saves me time and money. With the inflation of goods and our salaries not increasing along with it, WFH is a big help. I’m also not as exposed to the virus as I also have a baby in the house. - Office is great! It's modern and high tech. Bathrooms are spacious, clean and aesthetically pleasing like the ones in hotels. - A lot of tenured employees. They have employees that has been in the company for 30 years, 20 years, 10 years. A lot of tenured -
Pros
Competitive salary, Owners are really nice and approachable, The work is challenging but it's not toxic, Work life balance, Great company culture, No office politics, HR has a lot of activities, WFH 4x/wk and on site once/wk, Lots of trainings & International conferences, Culture is collaborative and progressive
Cons
They have high standards, it's not for everyone, You have to be good to be able to keep up, not a con for me but may be a con for others.

Not recommended.
Accounting/Finance staff (Former Employee) - Bgc - March 6, 2022
This company is for people who just want some work experience. With the poor salary and benefits, combined with very high expectation from the bosses, the attrition rate is pretty high.
Pros
Good office workspace, Good location in BGC, People are friendly.
Cons
Poor compensation & benefits and annual increase, Very Slow career growth, Micromanagement (actually an understatement), Technology is very much behind, No OT Pay But they give compensatory off when you work on weekends, Very high standards and expectations but can't give reasonable return to employees, Auto salary deduct for mistakes arising from poor processes.

Still acts like a start up
none (Former Employee) - Taguig City - February 17, 2022
Doesn't invest in technology and improved systems. Minimal FIXED increase regardless of position level. Slow career progression. Career ladder to complex even it is a local company.

Ridiculously funny and and untamed stupidity!
Customer Service Representative (Former Employee) - Mandaluyong - March 16, 2020
For those aspiring customer service representatives I strongly recommend for you to do not apply!
Why:
They will have the phone interview and personal interview with the same person and with the same set of questions only to find out that you were not short listed for the job via sms!

Corporate workplace
Sales Kitchen Designer (Former Employee) - Fort Bonifacio - September 8, 2019
I learned a lot of things about time management. It's a very structured organization, not much room for creativity. People are adequately happy thanks to fun activities from the HR side. Birthdays are always celebrated.

HR testing system is crazy, ill mannered and haughty
E A (Former Employee) - GBC - October 13, 2018
HR testing staff is haughty, anti employee and your tests are crazy not realistic with the times.
A good candidate is not measured thru initial tests and then you are considered FAILED which is out of line of the applicants' nature of work.
TESTS should only be a PART of overall screening and you must consider other factors than the FIRST FIVE questions.
Your HR system of collecting cellphones, your test booklets are blurred and hard to read.. Buy new folders with clear plastic and your first five (5) questions eliminates you other than your qualifications!!
No wonder you have not gotten a candidate!! Rotten system.
Attention: HR Manager please look into your Testing staff.. They are questionable - snobbish and sooo strict maybe they should be replaced anti employee.
Thank you.
Pros
Nicebuilding
Cons
HR testing is out of this world... Weird procedures

Work environment and the people are the best. It is easy to adjust and make friends. The building is very secured and compliance with dress code is strictly implied.
