Productive and fun workplace

Management here sucks!

Working with nurses and doctors are great especially if they appreciate you and the work you rendered. However, the management is only concerned on how to earn money. They do not value loyalty and hard work. Nurses are overworked and underpaid. Compensation and benefits are not given properly and is always wrong, so you have to report to hr.

Working in Fe Del Mundo Medical Center is convenient and gives me the opportunity to have a balance between work and my personal life because of the flexible time. I handled a lean and mean team there so people are used to multi-task.

low performance in human resource department

good training ground but after awhile in staying through years you will observe the not so well HRD personnel always lack of salary that you need to justify first before thy retro it to another cut off period

I have given responsibilities that taught me how to think cleverly and decide for the best of the patient. Working in a hospital setting gives different opportunities for me to learn and to serve the needs of the patient, considering their social status. I've learned the importance of working with my co staff and to be dependent with each other. I was the one in charge of monitoring the distribution of narcotics within the hospital and I think that's the hardest part of my job. The most enjoyable part of my job was when you know you served the needs of the patients in the allotted time given. I also enjoyed working with my colleagues. We maintain healthy relationships within my co dispensing staffs.

On a typical day laboratory request are conducted with du deligence and reliability. I have learned to work with peers and be a responsible head / supervisor amongs my collegues. As for the managment the company is very employe oriented and patient centered. As for my co workers their are fun o be with and ar able to work with minimal supervision. The hardest part of the job is being able to lead the work force to a good reliable and self functioning group with minimal errors. The most enjoyable part of the job is being part of the group who care for patients. Edit review
