The management doesn’t care about their employees. The company culture is toxic; there is favoritism, and your last pay would take months to release. Those employees who worked there longer would think and act like they owned the company and would say inappropriate things to the newbies. The workload is too much, but compensation is very low.

Not a healthy place to work. Full of stress and the management is terrible. They do not compensate well the employees and does not allow to enjoy their leave benefits.
