Management can do better.

- Management is inconsistent with encouragement. They want for their employees to be open but at the same time doesn't listen to the reasons of their employees. They claim to want a friendly environment in the account but tend to doubt their employees whenever they provide an explanation to a certain incident. Also, treatment is not the same for everyone. - Añlowances amd incentives are always delayed.
