So-so

It is a fun workplace, provided a hybrid set up though temporarily, but poor in terms of management, growth, allowance, bonus and salary. Work-life is no longer balance and neither the amount work.

Kind managers who are very hands on with training and guiding employees

Various scope of works but you can still do well since managers are very approachable when you need guidance from them. You will really learn a lot specially if you are a fresh graduate.

- Long working hours- It is a good company to start your career when it comes to experience they'll teach you with patience.- I don't like the management here, they don't have a respect in employee's personal space.- Hardest part of working here is that we need to work after our shift & during weekends without pay. We're just offsetting it on the normal day but that's not fair & lack of employee benefits.- The most enjoyable part if the job? I think the part that we're working from home. Aside from that, none.

Good working environment

It is a good training ground experience and the workload is not that hard to manage. There are times that you would encounter difficult client but you will eventually learn to embrace it.

Great place for fresh grad work experience

Over all, management is considerate and approachable. Colleagues are fun to be with too. Only problem is career advancement (no promotion and salary increase) in my stay here.

This company very poor they not giving the benifits of our sales agent and very stressfull not good management. A lot betrayal and liar to our sales agent. Most politics they not good treatment.

Working with Empire is good for starter. They provide activities and training to its employees. Flexible time schedules and very supportive leaders.

I wish they will improve on salary increase every year and provide more benefits during busy season like free cinema ticket and snacks. Also, more improvement in health benefits.

Its very challenging working in empire or any real estate company and your position is sales agent or account specialist because you have this mindset always that you need to reach your quota in a month to receive your salary and bonus, Its also challenging because I do field work and end up nothing to gain even how hard I am trying just why I have a big admiration or respect whose job is like mine

Challenging field that will hone your interpersonal skills

Compensation and benefits package is very competitive.People in here are easy to get along with. Fun and monthly events for employee is also a plus. Management is also open for employee development. Training is extensive you will learn a lot. If you worked here you will be highly sought by other real estate companies.

Empire East is one of the good company that specialize in property development. It provides good homes that customers needed and also Empire East gives a lot of blessing to those people who need helps.

The hardest part of the job is the lack of job security and their compensation policy. They just stick to the basic allowance and commission-based compensation.

The usual thing you do is Flyerings at Mall talk to different client and offer them the best unit they can have. the things i learn is that no matter what happen once you are passionate and dedicate to your job nothing is impossible.
