What is the best part of working at the company?I learned dealing with clients by Phone, email and even in-person. I also earned my knowledge on SAP where to input our daily transaction with clients. What is the most stressful part about working at the company?When you were working at phone calls and emails while when some of clients visit me for inquiry and other matter while focusing on calls and emails, but it was still manageable. What is the work environment and culture like at the company?it was very cool, smart and they have high standard it comes to professionalism.What is a typical day like for you at the company?When we have a Friday activities we are all cool, we have theme to follow like an anime look, your portrait some celebrities in a movies even in local series. it really enjoyed those moments. And also Christmas party, it was best ever I had experienced.

Complex work

Great foundation to start a career. The only thing I could suggest is to have an additional manpower to avoid work load congestion. Training on customer service and other areas is also need since we act as a front liner and clients depends on the information we provide. Overall, I am thankful to the support of the team and the supervision by my superiors for appreciating my contributions.

Kind managers who are very hands on with training and guiding employees

Various scope of works but you can still do well since managers are very approachable when you need guidance from them. You will really learn a lot specially if you are a fresh graduate.

- Long working hours- It is a good company to start your career when it comes to experience they'll teach you with patience.- I don't like the management here, they don't have a respect in employee's personal space.- Hardest part of working here is that we need to work after our shift & during weekends without pay. We're just offsetting it on the normal day but that's not fair & lack of employee benefits.- The most enjoyable part if the job? I think the part that we're working from home. Aside from that, none.
