• Developed in-house web-based application and Standalone Apps written in PHP/HTML and using MSSQL as the backend. • On-call support for all sites who use MES (Manufacturing Execution System) Shopfloor and MDC (Module Data Check) System Applications (3 Sites - Mexicali and 2 Site - Europe). • Support and enhance Online Report (web based tool – Global Report Generator). • Manage SSIS Jobs, responsible for overall flow of data within the local servers. • QA and Testing for all enhancement in MES Shopfloor, before promoting to Production. • Communicate with client to help and create business requirement for new projects or enhancements for all existing and new applications. • Involved in designing database and graphical user interface. • Demonstrate and provide training to all users of newly deployed applications. • Document technical and functional specifications for all web based/standalone applications. • Closed all the ticket assigned to our group by the Helpdesk within minimum time.
