Fun work place

Toxic environment but cool and good workmates. Most Elixer admins are fun to be with, supervisors value her subordinates, they will make you feel that you are important and a really part of the team's success

Incompetent company. Unrealistic policy and golas.

Worked there for more than three years. I handled the task of my former worker who resigned last 2019 and the company didn't even bother to add an addition to the team. Salary was also very low considering that I was alone in the team. The management was also very incompetent and had no concrete actions or plans when more than two people in the company tested positive for COVID. I do not recommend this company. It is not a fun place to work. They will drain all the will that you have. The staff are also very unprofessional.

Productive and Collaborative Workplace

I was hired as an On-the-Job trainee at Elixer in their Human Resource Department Office at Sta. Maria, Bulacan. I learned and experienced a lot. It gave me new knowledge and it improves my interpersonal skills since we are engaged to talk to their aspiring applicants.

My OJT Experience

My Time there as an On the Job Trainee was busy, we always get visited by members who needed help, asking for their payslips, salary reduction, cooperative savings, forms, etc... It was hard to move because of the small space of the office but we manage. The employees are so serious about their work, but they never forgot how to make it fun so that they won't get stressed. they were friendly, they teach me things that I never have done, like answering phone calls and interacting with other people. when I was there I was encoding and filing & xerox copying documents, I also assist some members, but coordinators did most of it. It was a fun experience.

Poor management,substandard employee care and rude human resources officers

The company simply wants to hire for profit you then leave you behind afterwards. Elixer does not care about the welfare of the employee. the hr officers are very unprofessional and rude towards employees and applicants. considering they work with one of the largest food chains in the world. the company lacks professionalism and care to its employees.

I learn to handle rude customers and I become a more responsible person in the duty given to me. The management is very responsible in handling thier employees salary and other benefits.

productive and fun workplace basketball

In a typical day in my last position I fulfilled management tasks of opening and closing the facility, as well as overseeing a staff of seven individuals. Throughout the day I completed various administrative duties as well, including answering phones, drafting documents and emails, filing and greeting customers. I also provided strong customer service and resolved customer issues.

The work is good, i learned different transaction codes that need into process. The co-workers are friendly, the hardest part is when the process start after the one week training only then process it in Go live.
