Worked for a US Training Company

they pretty much earn to provide hr services to the client and was supposed to protect employees. they failed miserably. the clients, like Eastvantage, is as incompetent as a rock. dont work here, it is a waste of time

OK place to work

Good working experience. The management here is very generous when it comes to giving incentives. They’re giving 14th month bonus as well as yearly performance bonus.

Collaborative people with a sense of ownership

There is a work culture of collaboration that reflects between the departments and workmates as if everyone is bringing each other up.People are not afraid to own up to their tasks because trying new things and failing are considered as learning opportunities and the management can see that. Accomplishments are also recognized on quarterly assemblies where the top performers are announced, with raffles and gift certificates for everyone so that's fun. We do it with most of the people joining in via zoom, while others join in on-site.One of the best workplaces I've been in.

Fun activities

Management usually provides weekly activities from giving out fruits, brown bagt session, movie nights, christmas party, town hall meeting, valentines events, etc.

Ok for non-voice starters but lacks advancement opportunities or trainings

It's been a big switch to having not much open doors for learning new things or trainings. I'm sure a lot found the lax environment great but I think there's just too much competition on the management part that they try so hard to hide it. The frontliners do feel those things though. As for the work part and I'm speaking about the non-voice part within that account I was in anyway, a pity as it was going downhill. Still, ok if it's your first time and trying to get experience.

It has good culture and plenty of events to relieve work stress.

Once I sat down it'll be loads of work. I learned to manage time well. The people is very supportive and helpful when they need to be. Handling too many chats per person was the hardest part as the most enjoyable would be the people you get together with.

Simple and nice workplace

Basically, I start my day checking my assigned tasks that requires immediate assistance. As a customer service, I've learned to work on different people from different walks of life, it's rewarding as well when you were able to accomplish something that have been assigned to you urgently. Since this is a pioneer account, we got a chance to work directly with our colleagues outside of the country with regards to new tasks to handle and inquiries to get resolved. Overall, I enjoyed my everyday work here since there is no pressure and a very straightforward approach when it comes to management.

At eastvantage i experienced to chat live and take email to our client. My co workers ate very friendly and helpful. They will help you a lot if you are a newbie.

Work like you're playing

The work environment is great. Work-life balance is one of their top priorities. Working for them is a breeze. They have initiatives for the wellness of their employees, such as Fresh Fruit Fridays, Yoga and Dance Classes, etc.

productive and a happy relations with my co-workers

I love working on a day shift from 6am-3pm. I learned how to deal with different kinds of people professionally. I can say that the management is still learning to develop more on the processes and other stuff since the company is not that pioneer in this kind of business. But I'm sure in time, it will be grow bigger. I love working here because we are like one big happy family. We treat each other like brothers ans sisters. I think the hardest part of the job is doing the basic technical stuff in which I am not comfortable doing it. But the good thing is that we always have support whom we can ask for help. The most enjoyable part of the job is that I was able to get home and be with my family everyday because their location is within our area.

productive and fun while browsing facebook and youtube

The work place is so relax and stress free, even the CEO of the company. He don't want to call him boss, just his first name. I learned to be come professional but humble. The hardest part of this job is talk to the owner of the business, because the gate keeper tell us that the owner of the business is always out. But the most enjoyable part of my job is were just like playing even we are working
