No work-life balance

They dont care for the welfare of their mangement employees.14hrs duty no ot pay just to maintain 13% labor cost of the store. Only 2 managers per store if one of you has a day off tge other one is obliged to have a straight duty. Managers are required to do staff works.make pizza. No proper training. On floor training prior to class room training. Meal allowance are not reasonable. Specially for crews.only 55 pesos a day for meal allowance.obliged us to sell outside the store, roads and terminals with no hazard pay.

Poor management and no good place

No good management of this place, such a bad place to work at. No empathy for managerial postions, they value team members only thinking management team is always replaceable. They want perfection with no good training background. I'am filing for moral damages but they not responding to me.

Everyday Life at Domino's

You will only enjoy working here because of your co-workers at store operations. They are jolly and funny. They will light up the mood in the store.Regarding with the management, well I can say that they just come to work. 🤭I can only say they don't know what Richard Branson said, "Clients do not comes first, Employees comes first, if you take care of your employees, they will take care of the clients."

working with Domino's pizza is nice. compensation would depend on the hours you rendered withyour shift. the most enjoyable part is that you may select your own schedule.

Relaxed culture

The work load is very easy it is just that the volume of the calls are very high. Salary is not as competitive as the other freelancing job. Job security isn't secured.

Stressful workplace

(Head office) Weak benefits, weak management system without precise directions, understaffed but with heavy workloads, and inconsiderate, stubborn and unfairness top management.

Ok lang.

You'll get a chance to mold your team the way you wanted kasi mababait ang mga team members. Fully loaded work but salary is not competitive. Mahaba ang work hours kasi walang kapalitan.

Good brand and you can learn a lot and explore more about your role

Good brand and you can learn more about your role since they are not "by the book". You have a freedom to strategized and they encourage everyone to be innovative. The only thing I don't want here is the management. They don't care about the people especially the higher ups.

It's little fun working In there but in same point more stressful during the weekend.In same point old staff filling more like home and don't take a serious to doing any oneher/his duties during the day special drivers doesn't filling own part off the job.

Totally fun to work and you a lot to learn for in there business you will love your workers too we have been stress but not all the time all the staff are helping each other

Toxic managers / oic

just a typical day at work..but when your managers / OIC doesnt like you even when you do your job properly, he / she will not appreciate it..the worst part they put you down for you to decide a resignation..they don't want a TEAM MEMBERS ,they dont need a suggestion for the growth of the store..they treat TEAM MEMBERS as staff ONLY..

The staff works well

Encouragements are freely given by the subordinates among themselves. There are officers to teach the newcomers because they are more knowledgeable than anyone else in the company.

Double standard company

No holiday pays, no overtime even straight duty bcoz of no reliever manager. Double standards when it comes to policies. Can't follow own international standard.

Very relaxe work at dominos

I learned a lot from domino's pizza and worked very hard at that company and all the staff were very friendlyI learned a lot were very friend because all cooperate to strategy

Productive and fun work place

They have high career opportunity and the stability is great with them. The only problem I have from them is my separation pay is not yet given and I cant contact them.
