With work life balance but the salary is not enough to sustain the cost of living in Metro Manila. With a good companionship and team leader. Low compensation and benefits for the newly hire employee and it takes 3 years of work before you will be a regular employeee. With company events and other engagement activities that would build a teamwork with other departments.

Work hard

-Subjective kind of decision making from the higher ups.-Politics is too high.-Right people at the wrong place.-Benefits are very poor.-Salary increase feels like you owe it to your boss and not because of your performance.

not a fun place to work with

the employees are only used but the salary is not increased.only the coo has the final say on the project. a lots of workload and schedule.not for a job stability.

Collaboration and cooperation of each and every department is superb. Connection and compassion is unrateable within the PDC department.

Co-department employees are always there to help. They are always one call away and not selfish in terms of learnings and details regarding a matter. Transaction between other departments are incomparable.

Stepping stone I guess

To start it is so hard on these company you rely mostly on yourself for individual growth. Competing to positions seems impossible since growth is so challenging. Career in working here can be only on the ones who have guts and have a mission for greater learning. It is not for the ones who asked for good compensation because tenure in working here is to match to impossible. A company for manpower services such as construction, but the environment working here is for businesses only. Not for its people. So working here is so challenging leaving only the ones hired to not to continue. As one of the leads it is such honor to be where I am now, but trying to explore to new environment is one of such great oppurtunity to not to grab on on such a fair price of service and compensation.

Bad company Not good in employees.Not good in policies.Trial and error.1yr and 6month but no regularization.6months evaluation but they don't regular the employees.No increase in salary.Favoritism in employees. When you have covid you need to go home.No quarantine facility to employees who have covid.

Training ground for fresh graduate

okay working with all staff also worker. but the materials and equipment are too much delay, and also incomplete. Payroll not good, and timekeepers are also not good.

Good company and good people. I’ve learned many things despite the company’s problem in Davao branch. It’s nice to handle people and help them in solve their problems.

Good company to start with.

Got management support on all site matters. Good company to start with your career, either office or field. Mandated benefits are available and implemented if direct hired.

Nice place to work,have the right benefits,salary and overtime paid, need some improvements especially with a room to stay for a stay in drivers for those who leaves in far place and far from their work they should provide a convinient place to stay so thw drivers can have the time to relax especially when they drive for provinces..

Creative and good working place

- updating company brochure (photos and other text required) -learn some marketing work like accreditation files, online marketing and brain storming -workplace is good and nice -Brain storming for next project -learning new things and developing new skill

poor management but good employees

1. a typical work day would be depressing as it should from the management. 2. How to handle depression from management. 3. My colleagues are very professional as should be. 4. The hardest part of the job would be dealing with management's inconsistent execution and ideas.
