The most useful review selected by IndeedDCI have a structured construction project management in which you follow a manual based on your ISO standards (QMS, ESH, and OSH). if there are items you do not know they have a manual called cPMP and portal for supports. However, several clients wants a hybrid approach. and re creating change management is non existent. you follow the business client management in which DCI systems should adopt. (which rank n file people suffer most because they have different training when it comes to: tailoring, stewardship and etc). There are clients that you will serve with several master and those master don't even know what they are doing and what they want. due to several variables in which they want you to create a process from scratch Several of your PMs will not protect you from other activities that can hinder your activities and pass it on to you. in which your kanban board will be pile up and those kind of activities might or might not have value from the client. prioritization and sorting of work, should DCI would be improving on. and protect their staff on other hinders activities that does no align with their objectives. (further study your PMP 7th edition and Agile) Base pay is quite low compare to its other competitive like TPM, Arcadis and any international companies. but for local DCI is very competitive. There are also several benefits like, medical card yearly (150k), weekly pay off every december (13th month, 15th salary, Bonus, 30th salary), Mid year pay, and Vacation leave. very hard to become a regular here. unless you got your PMP, MSC, or even PHD (I even -

It was nice to work with the company, having a good and professional team. The management is very professional for directing goals and deliverables to meet the client expectations. There was a project bonus and performance bonus which will motivate and inspire you to work efficiently.
