Very professional and helpful colleagues
Many repetetive and irrelevant paperworks. Salary is quite low but there's a lot of incentive. Overall the system needs change since teachers task to teach seems like not priority because of tons of other workloads and irrelevant paperworks

Awesome
Learned a lot here. No complaints. All is good. Pay is great too. Though little room for promotion but all is well. You are helping children who are out future.

Employees are under compensated
Working from our department gave me the experiences, insights and lessons to work under pressure. To effectively engage with stakeholders, teachers and parents to the best of my ability by being resourceful & innovative, even if I am underpaid. I enjoyed working with teachers and pupils and to understand the situation although most of them came from the fringes of society.
