Trainings and seminars are provided weekly. No Salary increase upon regularization. Allows work from home setup and not offering shuttle service if you will be ask to work onsite

Shuttle Service are provided for CSR Agents during the pandemic. Interview and application is fast and you can start as soon as possible. WFH setup is also available

Easy account, there's always a dispute in salary

Customer Service Representative (Former Employee) - Pasig City - July 23, 2021

Easy account but they don't know how to properly compute the salary, there's always a dispute in the salary but they don't care and and will not even give you BIR form 2316 but they deducted 10% tax from our salary. Definitely won't recommend this company.
