Poor work culture

The company had a poor work culture with procrastination issues. Managers don't like taking responsibilities, causing confusion among team members. Receiving feedback from higher-ups was unprofessional, conveying a lack of interest in correcting mistakes and more of a desire to degrade the individual.

Not so good management

The President’s really nice! I can’t say the same for the COO though. Had problems with my supervisor, too! Made me do all the work, gets the credit and gives me the fault when it comes to bad feedback

Does not promote work-life balance

Learned a lot from my colleagues, enjoyed the work even during overtimes. Compensations are not enough. Poor management. Does not promote work-life balance

Nice work place to gain experience.

Nice work place to gain experience. Management is quite okey. Co-workers are mostly friendly and approachable. Office workplace in not much big. Benefits and salary is okey.

Good for entry-level Engineers

Cons-The company needs to analyze carefully which projects are feasible and give focus on that instead of engaging on every project available. -Lack of employee training. Must also upgrade softwares used to be more efficient.Pros-The management is very considerate and reliable when it comes to health emergencies, they are open to giving company loans to employees who needs it.-Good company for entry-level engineers.

Challenging but Bad and Inconsiderate Management.

The projects they were doing were great.My team was fantastic. It is the management and some supervisor/manager of different department in the head office who have the problem.

learning ,enhance capabilties.Safety works procedural

follow works ethics.i gained more work ethics/procedural especially on my safety officer role.the managment is supportive to all my safety work procedure implementation.workplace is all professional approach.hardest part is to maintain co -worker to follow safety protocolsand work procedure.being entrusted by PM , PIC and respected by your collegue and co-worker.

Fair company with not much to be proud of. Just cme in and go, no strict rules. Just do what you are asked and leave the site area. Not much of a fast paced company

Early in, early out if project-based. Required over time if needed. Good and promising interior fit-out experience. Down side of having minimum to none room for growth and low salary but gave opportunity for relocation and good colleagues.

the hiring officers really want to get to know their employees and really give you a positive word out into the company for them to be able to hire you. most of the time, co-workers help and support you when in doubt when venturing into unfamiliar workload.

The company is perfect for fresh grad architects

The management is not so good but the QS team where I belong was great and fun. I learned allot of things about fit-out works and tendering. I recommend this company to fresh grad architects who wants to learn hospitality projects.

Toxic Environment

Toxic environment, and there's no future on that company. They only give 300 pesos increase equivalent for your one year performance. And you should be thankful for that. They cant protect your rights.

Positive vibes

Crimson offers great opportunities. Architect and engineers are made to cooperate and reconsiders every aspects of the project. Technical drawings are prepared and reviewed accordingly to meet the designers intent.

Good Experience

Good Exposure on high end projects like hotel and casino. Will improve your abilities due to high pressure project with short timeline. Due to high quality details of casino and hotels and the value of the project, you will develop the ability to be accurate on details.

Fun place to work in since our projects are some of the most prestigious landmarks in the country. Most of our project are five star hotels and casino

A typical day at the office is I get to monitor the assigned work to my estimating staff like which project for estimate is being handled by whom. I ask them if they have any problems or questions on the plans or specifications. With the planning department, I monitor how they are doing in the scheduling of the projects for bidding and on-going projects. With the purchasing department I check status of material deliveries for on-going projects and status of quotations for projects for bidding. Once a week I meet with our project control engineers to monitor status of the progress of work of each project and the status of the claims for variation orders and progress billings. Schedule permitting, I go around project sites and/or drop by clients to check if they any other requirements.

Nice and cozy office

The company is nice their projects are amazing, the office has a very very nice interior fitouts, it is a conducive place for working. We really enjoyed our stay but the head is very strict. He likes to see his workers working during working hours.

Part of the pioneer team

Crimson is a new company where in I was able to detect problems on processes and continuously implement new processes until I find the best fit process. It's very fulfilling to be part of the team where we establish the best fit process which will work to every department.
