Unprofessional practices
You're not given a chance to showcase your own styles as to how you execute your tasks, as they only require you to be what they wanted you to be.The projects are unstable, the approach by the management towards its staff is awful as they don't consider your personal feelings. Expect to be judged and humiliated. If you want to be treated professionally make sure that you are perfect and that your skills are beyond measure.

Fun and productive atmosphere.
I'm currently a translator and manga editor of the company. Also, I have been an On-the-Job training in Human resource and was able to do task faster even now and then.
