Did not like

I hated the job, and the management was terrible for my particular team. Favoritism was at an abundance and , the hiring process was extremely sloppy.

Unpredictable

Things change all the time, even if everything is working fine. No job security whatsoever. There are no raises, you have to rely on getting a bonus.

Great Pay and Job

The initial hiring process took sometime with waiting for a training class to start. And then there was a mix up for what department I was assigned to, but, once I got started; I really enjoy the job, the training, the supervisors, and the pay. Working from home is beneficial and they send everything you would need. $15 start pay with paid holidays, benefits, and pay increases with opportunity for advancement.

Well Run and Supportive Company

I love working with the Training Department at Continuum. Great management and well-organized! They have been there for me as a company and I feel respected and fulfilled in my employment. Highly recommend!

Okay

Barely feel like you have a life due to the schedule you work. Supervisor is rude . Once your out of training nesting is all about meeting your metrics kinda hard to add value if a customer is upset about a bill

Never going back

Supervisors never want to take calls they want you to do more than you getting paid for ....get used to changes because things change everyday .......

The Worst RUN FAR AWAY

Training is worthless after nesting. I sat there and felt like I was in school searching for answers for a test. They get mad if you don’t understand. Customers are left on long holds and irate from no help. They get mad if you take a restroom break . No raise stats continue to go up and down everyday. This company sucks overall !RUNNNN

The people I work with

The company lies to and exploits it's workforce. they told us we would not have overtime. That was a lie. They schedule us 10hrs a day 9.5 of which we are taking calls. They change the schedule whenever they feel like it without notice.

Cons

Productive and fun place to work

When I worked for continuum for 2 and a half years. I made $12.00. I loved the job because it was super easy. So easy that I would compensate my low pay by working 40+ hours of Overtime but I hated the benefits and the pay. The pay was so low and the benefits were so expensive I couldn’t afford to sign up for them. I did end up quitting after 2 and a half years because I couldn’t afford to settle for $12.00 an hour anymore with 2 kids now in college and a third a senior in high school. They called me back to work for them for $15.00 but by the time they saw my worth, Cigna had already hired me for $18.00. If I had to go back to continuum I would.

Fun workplace

I took an WFH position. It was great, they provided the equipment and etc. I would say some equipment did come broken but they didn’t have a problem replacing it at all. Also, I started off on one contract and ended up going to another one in middle of training. I met great people, learned different things from different retail companies

Easy training. Poor upper management.

The training is easy that prepares you for most of the work. Once you get on calls there are sometimes you need help with that you didn’t learn and no one is available. Then they get mad bc a call is 2 hours but you’ve been waiting for help for an hour and half. You get wrote up if they think you hung up on a customer when your computer shows evidence of systemtroubleshooting and issues. The computers are horrible. Needed newer updated systems.

Lack of information

Training seemed like forever and was clearly a complete waist, once you get into production you barely know what your doing, you get written up for doing things that you were NEVER taught to do, instead of hearing you out they bash you for what you did wrong instead of take under consideration the LACK of training, I have been trying to gain information on paid time off and no one knows the information yo provide to me my supervisor just ignored the question, pay honestly should be more than what it is for the work that your doing I guess that’s what happens when your not working for a direct corporate company

No words

Very poor training and support. They only want you to push sales and no concern for training to solve customers actual issues. Would not recommend this job

Working at Continuum

Very high call volume and lots of system issues .. Not good at getting time off when you ask way in advance. Not a good chance to move up in the company after being there a long time.
