Good luck to those who will apply but I highly DO NOT recommend chat/messaging LOB. Very high target on KPIs and they do not value your efforts. Senior manager can't even greet you "Good Morning!"? How is that?

Fun workplace despite the stress

I don't really have that much issues except for the fact that the position I'm in is fixed-term. This is the most fun I ever had in a workplace. My team lead and teammates are awesome people to work with and are very goal oriented. Very easygoing and I have felt so seen and secure in their company. I'll be very sad on the day I leave. Aside from my immediate team, there are some issues out there that I encountered but I'm not gonna let a few bad apples dampen the experience I have with this company. It's hard finding a good team and team lead to work with. The best one I had from my whole working experience.

Long hours during ramping, just the sheer headcount but it only lasted for a few weeks

Pro employee

They helped me when I was suffering from anxiety and depression. I couldn't thank them enough. The OM is so kind. They don't easily let go of employees.

Great place to work at

It's a great company to work with. Most of my co-workers are friendly and the accounts are easier compared to other that I've handled before. Salary is given bi-weekly and there was no dispute

Great work-from-home set-up. They provided us the needed equipments to do our job well.

What is the best part of working at the company?We had work-from-home last year. I wish they will continue to have work-from-home, or hybrid set-up.What is the most stressful part about working at the company?Getting back to the office, which causes a lot of stress travelling to and from work.What is the work environment and culture like at the company?I quit when they required us to go back to office.What is a typical day like for you at the company?Same typical day as with all call center agents.

Productive

Good place to work since I'm working remotely. Very grateful that I have a nice team, supervisor. Lot of new knowledge was shared for growth. Thanks a lot CGS.

A company that sees your potential

Doors and windows are always open you just have to perform and set your goals properly. You can speak your mind and be friends with the Ops. You will always get recognized for the hardwork that you do.

Had a bad experience with this company.

Somehow I regret applying for a job on this company. Lots of "palakasan system" inside. Mismanaged account ended up in laying off so many agents. Root cause was hiring incompetent agents by hiring staff.

Happy culture and we are family here

Overall this company I've learned a lot to given a empathy to the customer and listening their side comments. In this company we trained to be family and listen to our customer and be polite to colleague or in higher ups. I say thank you for being part of this growing company and GOD Bless us all.

Ok

Company's good, ig. We're working from home and company provided the equipment. I just had a trauma from my TL because even though you asked permission that you will just go to the restroom, he will call you multiple times on messenger even after a minute that you change your aux.

One of the worst company that ive worked with

The management sucks! And their metrics are out of this world. Imagine, you applied for customer service but they expect you to sell. Nonsense. Im glad that I dont work gere anymore.

Just dont. Dont waste your time applying. Juuuuuust dont. Management sucks. Supervisors and OMs dont really care about their agents. Most of their time, they spend it smoking at the basement.

Great management!

I love working here because of the strong camaraderie between agents and management. Only downside is there are only 2 accounts in Mandaluyong site; if one account ramps down, you only have 1 account to be transferred to.

i had a great time!

I had a great time with people Pro'smy team leader is greatcon's no salary increased, they will add more LOB and no contract, taking calls for 2 LOB at the same queue. mandatory overttime. cancelled vacation leaves. benefits not provided properly, hr is not okay.

Fun and productive . Team Leader was very supportive

They trainned their people before letting it to the production area, TL are supportive, they provide equipment and teach all the tools that are needed. Offer a good compensation package

Not stressful. Great salary.

Working in Continuum is so great. I handled healthcare seasonal account which is 3 months, and I wish that it would last longer than that. Salary is great. Not stressful environment, not queuing, TL is so kind & understanding.

Favoritism

Instead of pushing their agent to do more they discourage it by saying that it hasto start from the very beginning like step by step process of learning. So instead of feeling encourage the agent felt down and not to give their best. Agent will wait to be terminated because of the discouragement received fron the trainor.

Take it from the review, don't waste your time and effort here.

The Attitude of the Account Manager and the Supervisor is unbelievable. The Attrition is above 50% within 2-3 months from start And guess how high is the Attrition after 3 months?They will set you up for failure plus middle management only cares about keeping their own jobs and nothing else, you as their subordinate is not worth defending for them. They don't even try. The most Stressful Contact Center Environment EVER.
