I had a great time with people Pro'smy team leader is greatcon's no salary increased, they will add more LOB and no contract, taking calls for 2 LOB at the same queue. mandatory overttime. cancelled vacation leaves. benefits not provided properly, hr is not okay.

Dont

Just dont. Dont waste your time applying. Juuuuuust dont. Management sucks. Supervisors and OMs dont really care about their agents. Most of their time, they spend it smoking at the basement.

Great management!

I love working here because of the strong camaraderie between agents and management. Only downside is there are only 2 accounts in Mandaluyong site; if one account ramps down, you only have 1 account to be transferred to.

Fun and productive . Team Leader was very supportive

They trainned their people before letting it to the production area, TL are supportive, they provide equipment and teach all the tools that are needed. Offer a good compensation package

Not stressful. Great salary.

Working in Continuum is so great. I handled healthcare seasonal account which is 3 months, and I wish that it would last longer than that. Salary is great. Not stressful environment, not queuing, TL is so kind & understanding.

Favoritism

Instead of pushing their agent to do more they discourage it by saying that it hasto start from the very beginning like step by step process of learning. So instead of feeling encourage the agent felt down and not to give their best. Agent will wait to be terminated because of the discouragement received fron the trainor.

Take it from the review, don't waste your time and effort here.

The Attitude of the Account Manager and the Supervisor is unbelievable. The Attrition is above 50% within 2-3 months from start And guess how high is the Attrition after 3 months?They will set you up for failure plus middle management only cares about keeping their own jobs and nothing else, you as their subordinate is not worth defending for them. They don't even try. The most Stressful Contact Center Environment EVER.

Permanent Wfh, salary delays most of the time

If you are lazy in commuting this is the job for you but delays in salary should be expected, computers provided has lots of technical difficulties lost hours will be deducted to your salary also

Tough account but very great company

Great company but obviously it's going to be a tough account because it's Telco but it's just chat support so I think its still a lot easier plus the it's wfh set up

Training is fun because of the trainer that clearly understood his trainees. Always ready with answers for the questions about the product processes.

Don't work for this company. You will enjoy the training and get the complete pay amount but whenyou reach the production floor, boom. You are lucky to receive your full payroll period's salary. Too many disputes. Not a healthy environment to work with.

Gave me the BEST impression of the BPO industry!

The ambiance of the workplace is non-toxic and has a culture of oneness. Even if the account is really challenging, your seniors or the higher ups are always there to cheer you up. I really love my experience here!

Peers are okay and some ops but mostly you will regret that you've tried to be in this company. Management is such a bull.

If ever you are in need of a proper job, do not apply here. UpTo the end you will regret it. Let's start with the requirements, hiring or hr staffs tends to ask the same thing. Sending email without reading, just to have something sent. Most of the time email blast. Now talking about exit. You have resigned and clearance serve and just waiting for your final pay. Aa good for nothing staff will demand that you sign a a job offer acceptance contract. I don't know what's going that person's mind but wow it's a red flag even to labor and employment. Final pay to be released is just too long...

People in the production are nice, however, work ethics is not properly implemented. Not a pro employee company.

The typical day in the training is mostly chill, idle time is longer than learning. Management should take an audit unto what is happening in the office. Work ethics must be properly implemented and discipline during work hours.

Very good salary offer

Work from home set-up, Career Growth, Good Salary and Benefits Package, The work load is manageable and the management team are also good listeners and very professionals. This company also offer full time work from home job to selected roles.

One of the worse BPO company here

They managed their employees really poorly. Plus the Equipment they gave to their employees are not in the greatest shape and when translates in your work they will fault you for it which is absurd

Unprofessional leaders

Operation terminates their agents without proper due process. They justify their dismissal due to scorecard which find it unjust because of lack of support and lack of knowledgeable supervisor.

Not a good bpo to work with. Always have disputes

Not a pro employee company. They are laying off agents without due process. Payroll issues. Delayed salary. Always having dispute. Not good compant to work with.

Productive and Fun with Computer at the cafeteria

Easy to get hire. Fun and helpful account. Very kind Training staff and HR management is very Helpful. Good environment. people are freindly. Easy to communicate with Managers.
