Average company for newbies

Customer Service Representative (CSR) (Former Employee) - Pasig City - December 5, 2023

Pros:Gives opportunity to people without prior BPO experience. Decent pay.Cons:Toxic co-workers and management. Facilities are subpar; items have been stolen from lockers, but the security team refuses to do anything about it.

Easy account lots incentive

Okay company

Recruitment/HR sends the contract multiple times and deliberately removes pay increase (upon regularization) on the last contract a new employee signs.But the accounts offered are good for beginners.

Just the typical CC agent life. I learned how to have fun while at work. The management was generous and easy going. I'm very grateful with Concentrix because they believed in me. I graduated in 2011 and I have been applying to so many companies and I always get turned down but Concentrix gave me a chance, despite of my lack of experience in this industry. They hired me in 2013 and since then I have been working in the BPO industry.

Peak week every 1st of the month so they give free food to everyone

It was decent

The workplace culture was vibrant, and I enjoyed the collaborative atmosphere. However, I must mention that the pressure could be draining at times. Despite this, the supportive team and engaging tasks made the overall experience enjoyable. I believe with some adjustments to the workload, the work environment could become even more fulfilling for employees.

Poor senior management

This is my second role in CNX and I have to say that while I like the culture, the base pay really sucks. It starts competitively but increase is slow/low and promotion is hard to achieve especially if you're under VAS. Senior management also sucks because they gatekeep you into growing by keeping you within your original department only.

Easy account. Good teammates! The management is not really organized since the hiring process. No HR talk. I think it is unfair that the allowances are prorated. Example, rice allowance is ₱1,000 but I will only get ₱919 even I have complete hours.

Poor management

Company took care of the employees especially during the pandemic and made sure the employment is secured. Salary is not competitive compared to other organizations and the workload does not match the salary. Several tenured trainers left after 10-12 years of service because the management lacks accountability, transparency and fairness.

I love my work but the account I'm with is very stressful. I got pressured when it comes to score like every actions you make will based on numbers. You did everything but can't control how customers will rate especially if they're dissatisfied with the product it still affect your performance.
