If passed, second steps is you need to take the computer exams and after that wait for the result. If you pass again, then get ready for the final interview or do mock calls. If you pass all the process then you will have the job offer to sign and wait for your scheduled training.
Starting with initial interview by getting to know each other and range your communication skills followed by online exam and final interview together with the operation manager by simply asking your dedication and commitment to the company once you are hired.
