Not recommended

Not recommended toxic environment, supervisors, and management not pro employee. Long working hours mandatory overtime. Salary and other incentives are only good if you are not from agency.

Stressful

You’ll get yell at in front of your staff. Work load is too much for the salary they offer. Schedule is 12 hours per day and 6 days a week. No work life balance. No career growth.

Fun teammates, challenging work, stressful higher ups

Other cadets and senior tech is very approachable and helpful if a heavy work is given. Chalengging work is good to help your mind think. Higher ups treat you like a Factory Worker.

On time salary

It's been a month since I started working for this company. There's a big difference from my previous job. As I had expected, I've been working more than 8 hours a day waiting for some customers to buy and waiting until closing time. Today, I had the experience of good options, with good management and friendly co-workers.

Continuous knowledge, productive, fair salary, friendly colleagues.

What's good about this company is that it improves you as an individual. When it comes to my job it will test on how organize you are, your time management skills specially when works are overload and your communication skills. Quite stressful but for me it's challenging and at the same time learning continuous. Salary is fair, always on time. Management and workplace is okay. Enjoyable part is that you have colleagues that are friendly and willing to help if you needed.

Productive, Fun and Peaceful workplace.

A company near at my place, the work is not loaded and stressful, my co-workers are kind and friendly, the salary is good, the working place is safe and place is peaceful. Management are kind and treat their employees well.I learned a lot since the day I started working here, my seniors taught me well on the assignment job. It is not easy, but I enjoy learning new things. So I could say so far, I love working here.

No life outside work,

Stressful and management doesn't have concerns at all in their employees. Old machineries and no innovation with their work ethics. Only comcerned about quantity of their products. Cleanliness doesn't observe properly

quick and easy to deal with

This company has a competitive offer, It's easy to get along with co-employees. Workloads are well distributed. I learned a lot professionally and socially.

Poor Management, they didn't give importance to their people.

If you want to challenge yourself, you might want to try working here but expect that there are a lot of circumstances. You have to be prepared emotionally and mentally. The management doesn't have a concrete and revised rules and regulations, they always tend to rely on the things they want. Literally poor management, no trainings or seminars offered for the betterment of the production or their people, no consideration on their people, they are still on the old-paced management that is surely not applicable in our generation that we have right now. Most of the seniority level working at Columbia are self-centered people, they just care about their self when it comes on facing the owner, they didn't addresses different concerns from the workers to the owners because they just want to secured their authority. They focus more on the quantity than quality and safety of the products.

You need a strong heart and mind to work with the company.

My stay in there is not quite nice but i learn that you need to do your best and be kind to people that help you get through the day. Change the mgmt.

No fun at all

Destroys work-life balance. Not recommended for weak-hearted people or not used to being shouted at. Salary is minimum. Forced overtime, 12-hour duty.

Pros

You can have a taste of the products but only inside the plant premises

Cons

Very poor management, HR officers not approachable, No insurance, you get an accident they take you to the hospital and then you're on your own after, Padrino system, Stagnant salary

Toxic environment

Toxic environment, toxic management and unfair treatment. Benefits are not for everyone. There is no benefits anyway. Just mandated contribution and nothing else. A waste of time for staying too long.

Unprofessional management, No Safety on Production Workplace

12hrs duty 6 days per week. Minimum basic salary. No 13th month pay. No safety precautions on Production. Frequent accidents on machineries and equipment.
