I had a great time as a beginner. My supervisor and colleagues were very helpful all throughout the training and during prod. The salary was good too as there were incentives.

Good company

Great benefits and perks for tenured and newbie folks. I think it's just not ao accessible for everyone especially those from Marikina and other provinces since it's located in Taguig.

I started working in Cognizant last 2021. The management support it's employees to their full potential and the promotion are pretty straightforward. If you work hard, you will be rewarded. The benefits are superb!

So unfair, stressful and energy and life draining.

Cognizant is okay to work with

After SFDC goes sunset they provide alternative account instead of us leaving. I stayed for another year while looking for a new job. They also have good benefits upto 2 HMO dependents.

Good pay, offers a lot of perks and benefit that an employee can get. Profit sharing for twice a year, excellent increase for salary and good management

Fun & enjoyable workplace!

I was able to work there for 9 months and I was lucky to have a TL that was very kind and supportive. The work environment was fun, there were always events to attend to. The only issue was that my team members were lazy so all the work would be assigned to me, which I felt was unfair since I had the lowest income in the team (with the same position) but had the most workload.

Great company culture. And salary is higher than most bpos. HR is very responsive to employees concern. Lots of certification and training. Yearly appraisal and profit sharing

Good pay and benefits

The company itself is good if we are going to talk about salary, benefits and bonuses. Your salary increase depends on your performance which is fair, I think. Also, thankful for the profit sharing which happens twice a year if I am not mistaken. Score is 4 out 5 cuz nothing is perfect. Management still has a lot to improve.

Good Employer but Not so Good with Redeployment

Great pay. Great benefits. Just dont get redeployed. If you feel like your account is going to be dissolved soon. LEAVE. the redeployment sucks here. They prioritize new employees over floating employees

Great Salary

Cognizant offers a salary above the average compared to other BPO companies. The recruitment processing period may be slow however. But once you got in, it will be worth it.

The company is okay

It was there to support me during the pandemic. Benefit isn't as good as other companies. For example, your VL and SL is not provided at the start of the year. You get 1 VL and 0.8 SL per month and you've got to wait a couple of months until you can actually get your required leaves if you're planning a vacation. The management for my account is very corporate. There's a saying that goes by work smart not hard, the company does the opposite with their corporate ways of you can't do anything until you get approval first. The management team seems to be too scared of the clients and don't really have the backbone to professionally make their stand when it comes to choosing the right path for projects. Pay is good though! Very competitive! There is no retirement plan which would be a plus if you've been working for the company for a while. The HR and other back offices can be very unorganized. The last year's Christmas party was a complete fail because they invited everyone without realizing the max capacity of the venue they rented. This led to hundreds of people queuing for hours and not getting in.

Rewarding and fun

Working with Cognizant has been a fun and rewarding experience. They're really generous with all the benefits they could give you but of course it really depends on your performance and the account the you will work on.

Above average pay / work load is too much

In terms of salary package they are one of the best and the yearly salary increase is one of highest I experienced, however the work load is too much, there are times that our lunch will be cut to 30min and the breaks will be put on hold, in terms of management it depends on the account, my personal experience in my old account is mediocre there are not that good but not totally bad what they lack most is professionalism

Great Place to work

I have been in the company for more than 4 years now and I can say that this is the longest employment I had. The company is very generous when it comes to incentives, we have a generous pay raise yearly, and the culture is not toxic compared to other companies that I had been to. Cognizant helped me a lot by giving me the chance to grow and be acknowledged by my superiors and colleagues as a teammate who works hard on what she does.

Depending on the client, you may have a good place to be in. Salary and compensation are fair enough. I have the privilege to work from home so it's all good.
