As a new technical recruiter, CLG help me expanding my knowledge and abilities, particularly in the area of headhunting. Best working environment

As I started having an internship up to having an opportunity to be hired at CLG, I can only say that they have the best working environment I've ever experienced working in. Everybody is friendly and accommodating.

It's a great company that cherish their employees wellbeing

My work environment is very positive and I have a great time at work. I have a great supervisor/manager who is always available to discuss my needs or concerns, and It's no secret that we have a great culture here at CircaLogicaGroup. It's one that encourages learning and building your skills, while also having fun which helps keep me motivated at work.

Professional and knowledge advancement opportunities

Out of all the companies I've worked in, this has by far ticked all the boxes for me. They have career advancement opportunities, offer further training that the company pays for, and work-life balance.People are also friendly and have the culture of sharing.

supportive leaders and happy culture

I was double thinking when I received the job offer with CLG since I also have another offer from another company. I took my luck and proceed with CLG and I am very happy with my decision. The work is not that difficult especially with the help of everyone. There are no rumors or toxic environment. There are evetns and activities almost every week and the benefits and perks of being an employee is just amazing and senstive regardless of your gender or marital prefence, they even provide leaves to take care of my pets. Overall, I am very happy with my decision and will always choose Circa and recomment it to friends.

I love the culture and management is friendly

I worked at 3 other companies and i can say that not one of them compares to CLG, as a regular staff, i feel valued and understood. my boss guides me and my team is really supportive, the hmo and other benefits are really good, salary is paid sometimes 2 days in advance and there is a fun event every friday. godd job in making it a great place to work
