Great team

I'm lucky enough to be a part of a great team and leadership. There's been an immense difference of my skills ever since I joined Cielo. It has a very flexible work set up and healthy work culture.

Has work Life balance, however no Job Security

I really owe so much to this company because I was able to save money from commuting. However, I was included to lay off. I really wish I could stay on this company for so long.

It's okay

The company is a great place to work but internally since there's constant movement with the organization they do re-structure so job stability is not there at all. You may find yourself in a spot that might hinder your employment and they will not find a solution to retain you as an employee.

There is a work-life balance and career advancement given in the recruitment department

Overall, it is a great experience working here. They provide programs to help you kickstart a new role. They offer work-from-home and you can leave on the dot. Due to the current state of the economy, you will be concerned with your job security. If not for that, it's been a great experience.

Professional, WFH and good compensation

Productive but lacking stability and career path

I enjoyed my stay in Cielo. I learned a lot from different leaders. Lots of ups and downs with the company. While there are supportive leaders, there are also leaders lacking skills in certains areas that are critical to the team's stability. While I received support from wonderful leaders, there were times that I was left to defend my case because my leader is not aware of the process and did not make time to learn the process. Stability is another issue. While the pay is good compared to other companies, there were lots of layoffs. Going to work everyday not knowing if you're the next person to be removed is not something that is easy to shake off.Career growth is also another concern. While there are lots of openings, it is not inclined to what I want. Trainings are provided but it's difficult to find one that fits your role. Feedback is painfully slow and most of the time you have to reach out to the recruiter several times to know the next step.Management seems to not think of their employees. We provide feedback during 1 on 1s or huddles but there's no action taken on issues that are severely affect the team's moral. Having to work on such horrendous workload is not motivating to say the least. I love Cielo but there are lots of reasons that compels their employees to look elsewhere.

Had multiple promotions within 3 years. You have to be proactive and seek out advice from you leader. They will help you achieve your career goals. Permanent wfh set up is a huge plus!

Good Start Up BPO/RPO but...

Career growth is very limited. They will ask you to compare what makes you stand out to justify if you are a cog in the machine or a leader-material because they don't have any career plan or ladder in place.

Relaxed and nice management team

I have been working in Cielo for over a year now and it has been an amazing journey from the day I joined. The only thing that they could probably do better going forward is the way they onboard and train new hires. They don't have basic recruitment 101 training for those who have no experience with recruitment field.

Productive and fun workplace with free snack stash in the pantry :)

In general, they highly promote work-life balance. They also give competitive pay, they surely pay you for your skillset and what you can contribute to the growth of the company.
