Exposure to High-end Projects

Worked here for close to 8 years and enjoyed very much my time here. Work life balance is very good here and exposure to different high-end projects is a learning experience. I can rank them higher if they can provide trainings for the growth of their employees.

masaya ang bawat araw ng akin trabaho kasama ang mga kasamahan na halos ka kapatid muna , lalo na pag saharap ng kainan nan jan yun kwentuhan at tawanan , ang na tutunan ko sa kanila , iwan mo ang problema sa bahay at injoy mo lang ang trabaho mo , at sa company naman ok naman masaya , maging sa klase ng mga tao at trabaho ..

My supervisors treats us like one of the regular employees, they didn't treat us like interns, also they treat everyone including us with the same respect most people will get from a coworker. My experience with Century Properties as their IT Desktop Support Intern is also a fun and enjoyable learning experience.

As a real state agent typically does (or should do)regularly: .find customers by prospecting client in a variety of ways. .compete with other agents to secure a relationship with the custumer .prepare and present listing presentation. .coducting some areas giving flyers or flyering. Stay in touch for potential prospects. ..invite potential prospects to showrooms. Specially always attend a variety of meeting.
