mix of fun and stressful workmates, very poor management

You have a mix of stressful and fun workmates which is normal. No team building activities though, the company focuses more on work. Very unreliable work-life balance as well, imagine people calling you after work hours! Absurd! Salary and year-end bonus are okay (livable), but other than that, benefits are not that good. Higher Management is not approachable too.

Poor higher management, poor work-life balance, poor work culture

Productive but too long working hours

Quality Assurance Inspector (Former Employee) - Binan, Laguna

Its fun learning and meeting different people. Being a Quality Control I've become more keen to details specially in monitoring of the process of production. But I don't have a balance life due to work schedule.

Good workplace but unfair compensation

Tax Supervisor, Milk Operations (Current Employee) - Pasig

The workplace has a good atmosphere. Career advancement is good in the company. However, salary is way too low for a position that I have like mine. Below par compensation and the demands of the work is too high.
