Good as training grounds but low salary grade

Poor salary grade. Has alot of training. Poor work and life balance as you'll have only 1 day off. Good training grounds for fresh graduates. Stressful at times

In airline industry it is crucial in a way of giving time in your self and focusing on my job and business at the same time, considering every months,days and time passes by it becomes hard but for me that is my kind of quality time to secure and ensure my future in any company Emphaty is the main objective to serve a quality service in every individual being happy in my working environment even if things go rough i will be a positive person as always. in my duty as a cargo checker at cebu pacific i have to be punctual and responsible, i learned how to manage my time and attitude, i have to be friendly to my co workers open up with them and share funny moments, in my job workplace we have 3 shifts the a shift b shift and the c shift, a shift of duty will be 6 am in the morning til 3 in the afternoon, b shift duty will be 2 in the afternoon until 10 in the evening, then lastly c shift will be 10 in the evening all the way 6 in the morning, i had overcome the work schedule, i have enjoy with the company because they accommodate and threat as well.
