The Top management is Kind, But some employees are Feeling Boss

If you wish to apply in Carlson, the company is good for Starter. The Executives are really kind. However, the HR Supervisor seems lack of experience in terms of HR Management, No expertise at all and unproductive. Power Tripping. Several employees complain because of "Palakasan System". Very High Turnover rate.

Co-workers are approachable, kind. The Owner of the company is very humble person and greet you like a he's not the boss.

During my tenure their, the operations manager is so power tripping. Salary was low, no work life balance. But the owners are good people. If you are a fresher its a good experience working with them.

Every morning were having a toolbox meeting and ive given them some information and reminders of the safety measures and hazards on the working area or site..Its hard to detect when the accident will occur by testing the equipment , the workers manifest a symptoms of tiredness if they are fit to work during that day,if its better to work in the area and its safe to perform their duties depending on what particular job they will do as long as they have permit and signed by the staff..
