Terrible Management and no job security

SEA APAC Management was terrible. Instead of spreading great working culture across the APAC region. They promote politics resulting to hostile environment. Be careful joining as they layoff people without clear reason and they don’t care employee rights. They don’t care if you’re a top performer. They only care about numbers. They’ll lay you off and replace with cheaper resource even if they’re poor performing resources.

I worked here as an agent no new things to learn for whatever I learned from my previous company I also apply it here. Management I can say is very equal to all employees. Workplace is fun because of the people working in this company. Hardest part was when this company closed and enjoyable part is to be with my colleague and supervisor after our shift
