Good company discipline required to input to every employees

Human Resource Officer has plans for improvement of every employees, but in the end management still the last decision to make. In terms of harmonious relation to others, they built it as a family for every one. For my own opinion , everyone has a right to resigned if you feel different in one specific organization. For me , i need to resign or leave my family in Camp due to better offer for me. At the end we are the Captain of our future or destiny. So, you plan now.

Very Poor Management

Poor management, One sided HR and stupid manager with lack of respect.No love for all the employees, agency benefits are not well paid, wages are so low and sometimes under paid. Please make sure you are courageous when applying here. "THINK FIRST BEFORE APPLYING HERE! IT'S NEVER TOO LATE!"
