Great for experience but horrible for growth

If you need experience it can be a good stepping stone but the culture is horrible where finger pointing even within your team is very rampant. The managers and TLs I’ve seen here where I’ve heard them shouting at their direct reports.

Frequent reorganization affects the relationship with the members and clients. And frequent adjustments with different teams as there is a yearly rotation and changes with your assigned project.

WFH and Toxic Management.

Yearly re-organization, good basic salary for fresh graduates, but minimal compensation. I would appreciate if they will provide compensation for internet as we're wfh (once a week in the office) or any wfh allowance. The management should also inform their employees ahead of time regarding the re-organization as it affects our project/tasks especially to our clients.
