Compressed sched. 9 hours per day (regular pay).
Though it was already given during interview that there were Holiday work, Day off work and OT hours work. Sometimes you must exceed and give additional effort to make a better plan and continuous production.
Just fine they give the employee enough time to rest for another day ..
