Normal BPO company for outsourced employees. The management was like not that good. Probably because its a new one. The pay is average, benefits are average too.

Working in the BPO for almost 2 decades, Boomering has been my safe haven for growth,flexibility and appreciation as an employee. I have never felt more valued in this company. We are never just a headcount or number here. The company always tries to do it by right to all employees.

Supportive Management

I believe Boomering, Inc. is one of the great companies I've been to, especially when it comes to culture-wise. They are giving fair with all the employees and the management supports the growth of their employees. Having an HMO on the first day of employment was one of the best perks of working with them. Health is wealth.

One of the best and promising BPO company out there!

I've been working in the BPO for almost a year now and it's one of the best decision I've ever made. Competitive salary, great benefits, and incentives! Plus the workplace and management team are really good!

Work-Life Balance

Digital Marketing Specialist (Former Employee) - Mabalacat, Pampanga - June 22, 2022

I worked here to achieve a work-life balance. My client was based in Australia so I only worked from 7AM - 4PM. If you don't like a fast-paced environment, Boomering Inc can give that to you. Australians are also very chill to work with so that's a plus!They provide your computer and your prepaid wifi if you don't have any. However, I feel like there isn't much career-growth here and the compensation isn't as competitive as other BPO companies in Clark, Pampanga. If mentorship is your goal, this isn't the job for you. Client-based jobs don't have much mentorship. You're pretty much on your own.

Pros

Maxicare HMO of up to 200, 000. Computer and wifi are provided by the company. Stress-free environment.

Cons

Your HMO dependent is shouldered by you. Low salary.

Management is good, what i can say is that softwares to be use in design was promis but never met making a hardest part of the job as mechanical engineer designer.

The management is poor in performance, they are rude and unfair. Delayed in contributions and 13th month pay. Check the company first and ask someone you know has worked with them before you apply.

This working place is Amazing and it Balances work and life

A day in Boomering is like a box full of chocolates. I was designated back then to be the Assistant Graphic Designer of the Design Department of this company. I also do the interview and video recording task and edit it for the clients abroad. The people over there was very supportive, kind and lovable people. They can also be your friends as they are very approachable and can give you advise when the task at hand is difficult. The hardest part of the job is in interviewing the people and make them comfortable in the front of camera. I personally must kept them thinking, focus but still looking and sound like natural. In a day to day basis, I may encounter 3-5 people with different career and personality. It is a good thing on how I learn to read people and connect with them even though I just record their interview in the front of the camera. As my overall opinion, Boomering Inc. is an amazing company and its CEO, Mr. Dean Pascoe, never get tired of checking on us, his staff, if we are doing fine. I hope to work with them again soon.

Somewhat ok

Boomering is very formal, but lacks proper management. Work experience wise, it is very lax, and stress will always depend on your team. Again with work experience it is very subjective to who you work with.
