Very good brand and company itselfIf it weren't the pandemic I'll be willing to work there until my retirement age.Basically Best western brands company is a good brand it is we're individuals don't just go to work but manage to learn more what is hospitality is about since the standards of the company are being studied, practice , revise and improve in a consistent manner..

3 star hotel that gives really good benefits to their employees. Good working environment and co-employees are like family. The hotel standards are on top, you will surely learn alot.

Below minimum for 30 days training

Work experience are great, however,The management doesn't care about the safety of their employees. Plus no service charge provided, no allowances, like if you are night shift they will not provide the additional transportation allowance (as we all know the rate of transportation during night shift is higher than regular day shift), they provide free meal at lunch time.minimum salary for all employees(except managers) and below minimum for 30 days training.

The operations managers interview question is just basic..however if they like you they will allow u to pass..i have a friend whose more than qualified for the position he applied for ..and got rejected..how odd 9 years hospitality exp.bottom line applicant should be good looking.
