No room for promotion; work intervention; slow paced work
Cash and Inventory Custodian (Former Employee) - Cebu City, Cebu - July 24, 2020
Indeed Featured review
The most useful review selected by IndeedThe work load in Belo is light yet critical. You need to have a strong personality and discipline if you want to stay longer in the job. If you are not really thinking of earning money and you are just gaining experience then it's alright 'coz the company charges you even for misdocumentation without consideration that your training is not yet done. The compensation is very low but the benefits are very good.
Pros
Benefits, Light workload
Cons
No room for learning and growing, unfair salary deductions, poor training

Patient Care Specialist (Former Employee) - Taguig City - August 14, 2022
You'll enjoy the work and benefits but the people there especially the seniors are very judgmental, a bully, disorganized, self centered and unprofessional

Good entry level technical support job
IT Associate (Current Employee) - Abreeza Mall, Davao City - May 28, 2020
This was my first full time job ever since I graduated from college. The Head Office IT supervisors are nice and likes it when you tend to ask questions like how you can improve your performance. This is a good startup job if you're an IT professional without much experience and if you're concerned about skin care.

Stable work
Pharmacist (Former Employee) - Makati - August 16, 2018
Good workplace for those who want to settle down or are already settled. Unfortunately, this was not what I was looking for in a job. Salary and benefits just get better the longer you work there which is good.

Fun and comfortable workplace with friendly co-workers
Customer Care Specialist (Former Employee) - Greenhills, San Juan - April 27, 2017
We go to work 6 days a week, no holidays, with shifting schedule. We are assigned to provide honest and detailed information about our products and services to our clients. We also book their appointments and conduct customer satisfaction surveys monthly. For us to excellently accomplish everything, the company provided training (for a week) called New Employees Orientation Program. After that, another training for 2 months under my immediate heads.
Things I learned:
- The importance of listening and understanding
- Learning is an everyday experience
- Interacting and building good relationships with other people
Hardest part:
- The beginning. I was quite overwhelmed with too many services, procedures, machines, clinics, etc that I have to familiarize myself with. I can say that the training really helped but it was the actual moment (when I started interacting with the clients, answering inquiries etc) where I truly learned.
Enjoyable part:
- The company of my co-workers. The work didn't feel like work because of how close everyone is
- When I started teaching new agents about our work (tools, reports, products and services, surgical/non surgical procedures etc)
Pros
Discounted/free services, good benefits
Cons
working hours, distance, salary

All the people there are nice.
But lack of opportunities that is why I resigned to look for greener pastures.
Only the people on the operation receives a lot of incentive.
