  • HR message you that you are considered for the position applying for then asked you to wait for the job offer. Technically speaking when they told you that you are considered for the role it only means that you are hired. 2 weeks after waiting they've told me that they are moving to another application because they simply didn't meet my asking salary. Total waste of time and effort for both parties. HR should be transparent to applicants regarding this so they could move forward and apply for another company. Waiting for nothing is a total waste of time.
